VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)-October 6, 2004-C.N Wylie Group Inc. today announced the launch of their new corporate site and finalization of its corporate restructuring. C.N Wylie Group Inc. purchased the assets of Strategic Profits Inc. and incorporated four new companies representing its core technology solutions: PayPaq Solutions Inc.; Helpforcharities.com Inc.; Communitystorefronts Inc.; and SPIguard Security Solutions Inc.
